Hawkes Bay Astronomical Society
In 1961 Hawkes Bay businessman Harold Holt purchased a planetarium projector as a gift to the city of Napier. The projector has been housed in a few locations over the years but now has a secure home in the Napier Boys High School. Also on display is a full-size model of Sputnik - the first artificial satellite.
